Nausea Ideas?

So I sometimes get nauseated with the pills I take (metformin) if I don't eat big meals, with starting the low carb, my meals aren't going to be huge, so I am expecting nausea after eating. My normal 'go to' is Popcorn and Fresca, that seems to settle my stomach. Is there anything that works for anyone else that is low carb? I want to be prepared so I don't end up messing up my diet.

The Extended Release seem to work 'better' and may not have those side effects. You definitely have to have something on your stomach. Take after your meal.

Try ginger. It helps with nausea. I make hot and cold ginger tea from fresh ginger root, or from tea bags.

Also, chicken broth with lots of ginger, or with cayenne pepper. Just sip a mug of it. I make my own, but store bought is fine too.

Isn't Fresca a diet soda? If it helps, I'd stick with it.
I keep peppermint tea and ginger tea on hand for mild nausea and it works really well.
