D- Salmon burger with cheese, tartar sauce, pork rinds, sour cream, 1/4 C macadamia nuts, 3 HB eggs (all this is to last over the course of 8 hours. I am not a pig lol)

Breakfast : 2 egg omelet with 2 oz of guacamole, small bowl with blueberries and half a cup GY
Lunch : 2 cans of albacore with 1 tbsp mayo & 1 small haas avocado
Snack : 1 Quest bar
Dinner : chicken sausage with yellow squash and lc tomato sauce/shredded parmesan

45 min exercise dvd

My menu for today:

B: 1 whole egg with 2 extra yolks, scrambled with 1 Tbl butter
L: 1 can tuna with 4 Tbl mayo, 1 tsp mustard and 1/2 cup diced celery
D: 8 oz pork chop fried in 3 Tbl butter - I then added 1 Tbl cream to the pan to thicken sauce and poured it over my pork chop, topping it with 1 Tbl freshly grated parmesan (by the way, this was the best pork chop I ever had!)

L-didn't feel like cooking or even really eating so I had an Atkins frozen dinner, chili.
