Just for fun
The only times I've ever tracked my food choices and nutrition information, it's been because I'm trying to make an improvement. I thought it would be interesting to take a hypothetical before-Atkins menu, and enter it into my tracker. Of course, I was taking in more calories before, but I was amazed by the carb intake. I thought I'd been "lower carbing" it, you know what I mean? A typical day's menus had over 300 carbs, whereas now I'm taking in 15-30 net carbs. No wonder I feel so great!
