Morning! (well, afternoon here, LOL)

B: 2 eggs, 2 bacon
L: salad, roast beef, vinaigrette
D: chili con carne with shirataki rice

Breakfast : 1 banana, 2 egg omelet with 2 oz of guacamole
Lunch : cream cheese chicken/shrimp casserole + small spinach/cherry tomato salad with 1 tbsp full fat Marie's dressing
Snack : 2 oz of ground chicken + 30 calorie pack of sliced apples
Dinner : pork casserole or 6 oz ground chicken with mushrooms & spinach

1 coffee with HWC, 1 Coke Zero, water with lemon

30 minute exercise dvd

Fat fast day (since the last time I tried it I failed miserably and went on a protein binge:annoyed:)

Over the course of the day:

coffee with 1/4 HWC
1/4 C whipped HWC mixed with 1 tbsp unsweet cocoa powder
1/4 C whipped HWC mixed with SF vanilla syrup and splenda
2 tbsp tuna mixed with 2 tbsp mayo
1/4 C macadamia nuts

I may switch one of these out with a BP coffee. Not sure yet

I'm thinking about alternating weeks between: Week #1----low carb (under 20 for me) and Week #2---doing what Rachel Heller did (no breakfast or lunch and then the reward meal).

Sometimes it seems I do better when I don't eat (a semi- or mini-fast?) because as soon as I take a bite I just can't stop! Arrgghhh!

Has anyone tried this?

Brunch: huge pile of greens (chard and kale) with a fried egg

Dinner: A huge plate of "spaghetti" made with french-cut green beans, more greens, served with marinara and a few meatballs, a little cheese on top.

snack if I want one: turkey rollups with a little laughing cow, some crudités with dip

Breakfast was 2 deviled eggs and 3 maple sausage links, coffee with unsweetened almond milk & a 1/2 capful of Torani chocolate sugar-free syrup + 1/2 capful of Torani peppermint sugar-free syrup

Lunch was El Pollo Loco - breast & wing meal with sides of steamed broccoli and small loco salad with no tortilla strips & creamy cilantro dressing

Dinner was a NY Steak and 6 asparagus spears pan-fried in bacon grease and topped with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and a tsp of Bob's Big Boy bleu cheese dressing

Dessert was 3 strawberries dipped in a mixture of 1 tbs. sour cream & 1 capful of Torani chocolate sugar-free syrup
