Does anyone else feel like this when starting low carb?

I started back to low carb today and as usual, I am extremely hungry. I am just wondering if anyone else goes through this when they first start and what you do to push through it? Also is the following a good meal plan for the day on induction?

My meal plan for the day is:
2 eggs, 6 bacon
15 black olives

Atkins Shake (post gym snack)

2 hamburger patties with a few dill pickle slices
Lettuce salad with Ranch

S.f. jello

Fish
Cauliflower

I think most people are hungry when going off of carbs. Dr. Atkins recommendations were to eat when hungry and stop when satisfied. Just make sure and stay in your net carb range.

This is my second day of low carb and I do feel hungry. I snack on sunflower seeds and I have diet jello, I drink a lot of water also. I have a few pork rinds. I also have been eating side salads from McDonalds with vinagrette dressing and for breakfast I had a sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin without the bread. On the side salads I had some pepperoni slices. Yesterday I ate throughout the day and in the evening I ate but not as much. I will go to bed early tonight so that will help a lot.

I had a hard time until someone told me to drink broth and then I found the recipe for low carb milk. I add coca powder and sometimes splenda although a lot of times I don't add the sweetener. Also microwaving cheese to make like a cracker top with chicken salad helped me alot too.

If you're genuinely hungry and not experiencing increased thirst or head cravings (both are very common) then drink a big cup of broth, wait twenty-ish minutes, and then eat until you are satisfied (but not stuffed).

I think in the first 3 days or so of Atkins Induction, I am more hungry. My body is not used to no sugars from carbs Sooo I'm more hungry. Eat more but keep it very Low Carb so your body does adjust. Once you get used to the new way of eating, your hunger will be under control. The important part is to stay low enough on your carbs (everyone is different) that the cravings stay away & you can get to the part of not being hungry.
