L - green salad with tuna, mayo, onion, diet soda

D - some sort of stir fry involving shrimp and shirataki, with coconut cream and a dash of something spicy

S - nuts, maybe a few cherries

L - Gound Meat Paties and Leafy Green Salid with lots of Olive Oil
S - BPC #2 and Almonds and Walnuts
D - Grilled Salmon and another Leafy Green Salid with Olives & and Avacado

First 50 mile bike ride tomorrow. This will be my first cylcing using ketones and body fat the entire ride. I have some natural bars with MTC oil that I will consume during the ride.

Soooo happy it's Friday-so unhappy Spring Break is starting this weekend-masses of unruly tourists wanting the whole Colorado ski trip experience (the new experience, since Jan. 1)

B: Coffee w/hwc, 1/3 a week old flat Coke Zero, 2 eggs, 1 slice bacon
S: Snack bag of nasty pistachios that tasted stale and dry-should have just pitched them, coffee w/hwc
L: Leftover roast chicken fried in morning bacon grease, dipped in buffalo sauce and ranch
Lots of H20!
D: Will be spaghetti sans noodles, and a few spears of steamed broccoli w/melted cheese

B: skipped, went to work out. I've been finding that working out in a fasted state has a HUGE positive impact on my weight.

L: half cup greek yogurt, coffee, then two turkey sausages with fried cabbage and bell peppers.

That new ahi tuna jerky. OMG. It is so good!

D: more of the turkey sausages, with mushrooms and cabbage, rolled into a lc wrap with a little sour cream.

Hungry again, so thinking about turkey rolled around laughing cow and dill pickles. I'm under a lot of stress and trying not to want to binge.

No breakfast today- wasn't hungry.
Omg... no lunch until 430. 2 oz of cod and kale
busy all day
dinner- 830- salad with egg whites and fish. I did ok with the eggs.

had a low cal/ff dressing which had some carbs, but It wasn't horrible. 11 g is high, but since I did not eat much today, I went with it.
