Woke up at useless o'clock this morning
 
So I put my walkin' shoes on and did 3.5 miles! I was back home by the time my alarm usually goes off.

Yeah...you must live somewhere a lot warmer than where I am. Even at noon, there is no way I'm going 'out' to walk in -15 weather. I couldn't sleep this morning either...so I pulled out a book and read myself back to sleep. :D

Way to go!

I find with deeper ketosis I get anxious. Happens every time. I'm going to take my 7 year old for a short run/walk in about an hour.

Sleep too, can be elusive! But it means the body is changing.
