Although I haven't lost all the weight gained from my Orlando trip (about 3 pounds). I am steadily going down and have seen a new low in body fat %, so I know I am on track. Tomorrow I start my NOLA vacation and will strive to remain on plan, but I know I will indulge in one daquiri and some breaded, broiled oysters. Been happily on plan all week:

B: Black tea with half-and-half and 2 Truvia.
L1: Lamb burger; stir-fried asparagus
L2: Salad of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, yellow peppers, anchovies, red onion, goat cheese/sundried tomato crumbles, EVOO/lemon juice
S: 1 oz. mixed nuts
D: Eating out before my salon appointment, so I think I will do seafood. Maybe a shrimp cocktail and sashimi.

High Fat day for me since I am changing my DD.

Breakfast / Lunch /Snack / Dinner

Brie Cheese & Macadamia Nuts. Coming in around 1250 in calories and 87 % fat. Tomorrow a regular DD and then back to normal eating for me.

L-Was still full from breakfast so skipped it.
D-I get a produce delivery tonight and in the basket this week is asparagus! I'm going to roast it with some EVOO and a little garlic. Will have either chicken salad with it or some hot wings.
S-might need one today since I skipped lunch. A hb egg maybe.
