FINALLY made it to ONEderland!!!

It's seven weeks today since starting. My first goal was to get out of the 200s. As some of you know, I've been bouncing close to that goal for almost a month!

This morning I finally got there!! I am so excited. I was away this weekend at a soccer tournament with my daughter. I stayed on plan through long car rides, hours on the field, team dinners and cocktails (moms only!), etc.

I am so happy to have reached this goal. Seven weeks ago I made a great choice. Had I not made that choice, I'd probably still be over 210!

OK. So I've celebrated, and am now focused on my new goal - out of the 190s!

I have two trips planned - another tournament this weekend, followed by skiing the following week. Have to make sure I continue to plan accordingly.

Thank you for all of the support you guys give.

Congrats! There's something about that number that is an amazing motivator! I bounced around 203-201 for 3 months!

Then once I got past it, the WL kicked in again. I expect to sputter and bounce around in the 190s also so don't be surprised if it happens to you also. Just stay the course!

Susan41 - Yeah, I'm mentally preparing myself for another "bounce around," and will try not to let it frustrate me. This last time I just focused each day on trying to stay the course (some days easier than others).

Good job on hitting your first goal!! This is the reward for staying on plan! Can't get the reward if you let slow loss stop you. Keep working your plan!

I never got to 200 when not pg, and was barely over when pg. But I was 199 in January so I started losing. I am in the 180s and kind of stalled, but committing to staying on the LC WOE indefinitely.

I feel like the more meat I have and the less "LC products", the more I lose and the better I feel. I bought a huge Netrition order, and am a little worried about too many LC almost products being added into my diet.

BTW, there is something else to consider. Since losing 15 lbs., my blood pressure went down from 150/100 to 120/80. It might be a motivator to check on your blood pressure and cholesterol too, as they both should improve with weight loss.

That's such a sweet feeling. And you're absolutely right - whenever the journey looks too hard just remind yourself where you'd be if you hadn't started when you did, or if you quit today. It's sobering.

Good on you for your hard work and enjoy the payoff!
