Last night, after a good day, I had a chicken pot pie/extra veggies--about 40 carbs.
Breakfast today was a cup of chicken broth, BPCocoa, and a hamburger with mayo.
S: peanut butter/butter
Lunch, avacado with mayo, maybe onion bits.
Snack: bacon bits
Supper, Hamburger with spaghetti squash and butter

Breakfast : 5 pieces of bacon, 2 egg omelet with a tbsp of shredded Asiago cheese with 1 oz guacamole
Lunch : shredded pork. I discovered cheese crisps and they are so yummy. So I had a batch of Parmesan cheese crisps ( a little go a long way) with 2 tbsp of spinach dip made with GY (2 carbs per 2 tbsp)
Dinner : more shredded pork and a bowl of mixed berries with whipped cream
Coffee with hwc, 1 Coke Zero and lots of seltzer water

Sunday Brunch: BLT (bacon & tomatoes in lettuce w/mayo) & deviled eggs
S: Greek yogurt with sliced strawberries & blueberries on top
D: Chili w/shredded cheese & lettuce, black olives, tomatoes and sour cream! YUM
****water & iced tea w/sweetener!
