Coconut flour

I am placing a Netrition order and wanted to know if coconut flour and raw coconut flour are the same thing?

Thank you,
Mindy

Coconut flour is coconut flour. I'm not aware that coconut flour is ever heated or cooked during production, so perhaps "raw" is redundant. I noticed the product using the term raw in the name on Netrition and this is essentially the same as the others. In the description, they say they don't heat the coconut, but that's not to say that the other companies do.

Good luck - you'll find lots of great uses for coconut flour...
