It's THURSDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

I feel terrible so although Iím still at work Iím going to the Doctorís this morning so see if I have tonsillitis.

Brekky: A large coffee with double cream and dulce de leche da vinci syrup.

Lunch: Mexican chili chicken with cucumber, cherry tomatoes and garlic mayo.

Dinner: I had planned for pulled pork but I think that can wait til tomorrow and Iíll pick up half a lemon and herb peri peri chicken from Nandoís.

Iíve not been eating snacks all week but I may have some cheddar or a peperami if needs be.

Plus lots of water and a Berocca.

I hope you feel better soon Amber!!
Day 1... I have been eating somewhat off plan these past few weeks while studying for nursing school entrance exams. (I know, not a very good excuse). Thankfully I have managed to stay between 131-133lbs, which is a lot better than going back up to 144lbs like I was a few months ago! But its time to get serious again!

Today:
B- Coffee w/ 2 T HWC, 4 splenda
L- Coconut almond milk protein shake, few lc cheese crackers
D- Veggie stir-fry, home made almond flour pumpkin muffin
+ lots of water... hopefully a gallon!

Hi ya'll! Finally out of my house after 2 days in this miserable winter storm. I was starting to get cabin fever. Lol! I don't know how you guys up north do it. Plus I ran out of eggs! Lol!!

B: Out of eggs so I just had coffee w/coconut oil and hwc

L: Made some oopsie rolls yesterday (awesome!) so I'm excited to go get a burger and try them with that. Maybe a baconator

D: Have no idea. Maybe leftover gumbo that the hubby made. He made a roux with Sorghum flour and coconut oil. It came out sooo good!! I had alot of the chicken and sausage yesterday. Had a tiny bit of the juice until I can research sorghum flour. And I ate it with no rice. I was still deep in ketosis this morning so I guess I was ok.

S: Sunflower seeds and beef jerky

Didn't get to weigh this morning since I was at my boyfriend's, but I've been vigilent and think that I probably lost today or at least didn't gain (been gaining for the last 3 days). Staying on plan:

B: earl grey tea with 1 half-and-half, 2 splenda
L: steak salad with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, black olives, pickles, jalapenos, with ranch dressing and dried oregano
S: 10 g. dried pumpkin
D: going out with my girlfriend to a favorite pizza place that also has a lot of other stuff. I'm think of having: lamb stew (no lentils, no bread) and charred brussels sprouts with lardons and white anchovies.

Update: There's a little meat market by my house that sells seasoned chicken breasts wrapped in jalapeŮos and bacon so we're having that. It's so good and easy

What a day! A foot of fresh powder at 6 am, another foot by next 6 am at least! Driving up and down mountains to get to work and daycare and every idiot on the road thinks they are invincible in their 4WD. See you in the ditch!

B: Atkins chocolate chip bar ( not good for my digestion!) and 1 cup coffee w/hwc
L: Wendy's double junior bacon cheeseburger sans bun, side Caesar salad
D: Working up to fajitas (slightly brown steak, a slightly punky red bell pepper, radishes, and a red onion).

several adult beverages
