It's WEDNESDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

Morning all.

Brekky: Two devilled eggs.

Lunch: Chicken Caesar salad with avocado, no croutons.

Dinner: Full English – bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and LC ketchup.

Snacks if needed: Peperami, a few cubes of cheddar.

Plus lots of water, green tea and a Berocca.

I continue to gain, but my body fat % is down, so I know I am due for a loss soon. Keeping vigilent and on plan:

B: Earl Grey tea with 1 half-and-half, 2 splenda
L1: buffalo wings; creamy cauliflower bake
L2: raw baby spinach with dressing of full-fat greek yogurt, raw garlic, EVOO, lemon juice.
S: 10 g. dried pumpkin
D: boyfriend and I are going to the ballet, so dinner out. Will probably be a tapas place where I will get: Spanish anchovies, Shrimp with garlic, and sauteed cauliflower.

Dinner : either 6 oz ground bison with sauteed yellow squash or some other protein choice + 2 fiber crackers with sf jam

Coffee with hwc, 1 Coke Zero, water

Hi all! I am on day 3 of low carb eating. Down 3 lbs already! Whew!

Breakfast was an egg scramble with a little onion, ham and tomato.

Lunch will be an Atkins bar.

Dinner: Roast chicken and a small romaine salad.

Lots of green tea/herbal tea! It's cold out there!

B- as above
L - Didn't eat anything; so busy with grand daughter I forgot to eat. By the time I got home it was time for dinner.
D- grilled shrimp salad: 2 cups lettuce, 3 slices of cucumber, 2 T. salad olives, 12 medium shrimp sauteed in olive oil and butter, 2 T. Newman's Olive Oil and Vinegar dressing

In another deep freeze tonight. At least no sleet or ice tonight! Funny part is that it will be in the 70's by Saturday.
1008 calories; 80% fat, 17% protein, 3% carbohydrates

Today

Breakfast = 2 scrambled eggs with a sprinkle of cheese and green onions and 3 strips of turkey bacon

Lunch = mixed greens with a cup (?) of chicken salad on top. Chicken salad made with shredded chicken, mayo, chopped green onions and a tablespoon of dill relish.

Dinner = same as lunch but with a little broccoli slaw thrown in.

Having a low carb tortilla right now for a snack. Evenings are terrible for me.
