Yes & no! Feet shrink, too!

All but one pair of the shoes I saved from 10 years (when my feet were smaller) fell apart when I tried to wear them now that my feet shrunk again.

I was a wide but I'm not anymore. I'm having to replace all the shoes I was wearing because they are just too big. Shoe sizes don't seem very consistent these days - I have recently purchased size 7, 7.5, & 8 shoes that fit.

Grabbed a pair of shorts this morning and pulled them up. Not even a belt was going to help. They looked "pleated" with a belt. Way too big. I need to buy some smaller clothes pronto.

I've been upset with the scale lately and was kind of down this morning as it showed a gain for no apparent reason, but my mood turned around when DH came home after working all night and grabbed my waist and called me skinny.

Love it.

That was my first reaction - GET RID OF IT!

Looks like my daughter's halloween bag last year - and I must admit, I did snack on a few peanut butter cups.

I'd either toss it or leave it in a community area - which would unfortunately give temptation to coworkers. Otherwise, you're all set for Halloween for the trick or treaters, but then the candy might be stale. Personally, I've never seen chocolate last a year, but I would guess that eventually it goes stale or gets dried out...

Oh yes, and I noticed it looks like one of your co-workers ate the peanut M&M's (I probably would have done the same)

Yes, my 7.5 and 8 shoes no longer fit as well! Yay!!!

My NSV, since I have slowed down to about 3 pounds a month AT THE MOST and since I am not dropping sizes very fast either is that I FEEL GREAT! I just saw my 37-year-old passport pic and, honestly, I still feel I look like that (when I was 14, I did NOT look 14 so I was never baby looking once I hit puberty) by and large. I am lucky to not have a lot of aches and pains (which is prolly how it was so easy to ignore the extra pounds in the first place) but am now looking forward to being more toned than I've ever been.

My next NSV will be to have a waist that is less than 35 inches. Not for vanity but for health.

Exactly my thought! If it's from August 2013, it's probably stale. I'd check the expiration date before eating it, serving it to anyone, or donating it .

At my old workplace, people would still eat stale chocolate, I'm sure.

Same here Marsha, In ever felt the extra weight and still did my gardening with ease, riding horses etc with no aches and pains. It's not until I looked at a pic and said, who is that?

One thing I think of every night is how much more comfortable I am in bed.

At my heaviest, the only way I could change positions at all was when I was awake & I would have to heave myself up off the mattress to turn. Now I move effortlessly and don't wake up in pain because I have been in one position for too long. I turn on my side so easily & even on my stomach if I want. I'm a very restless sleeper & change positions a lot while sleeping.

I have soooo many. Most recent, I went to the doctor... blood pressure 118/60... doc commented that I must exercise alot... I am active, but I don't work out per se lol. Then, the nurse looked at my paper work and literally did a double take and looked confused and asked if my birth year was written correctly, she said I look much younger I am 36.

Shaving recently, I cut myself which I rarely do. I did it right on my Adam's apple. As I rubbed the area, I realized it was more pronounced than usual. It was missing a layer of fat, and protection.

My neighbors are noticing!

I live in a small apartment complex and don't know many of my neighbors other than to say hello and make small talk.

Today a neighbor told me that she did not want to embarrass me or make me uncomfortable BUT (lol) she said she wanted to let me know how proud she was of me for losing weight. She said she has been watching my progress all along. She also said she sees me walking a lot.

Another neighbor has told me similar things and keeps complimenting me on my weight loss whenever she sees me. "I see you walking. A lot." (The first time she said that I changed my walking route! )

Yet another neighbor... "You're lost more weight, haven't you?"

I don''t think any of them said a word about my weight loss until I'd lost quite a bit. I hardly ever see any of them & wonder if they all spend lots of time peeking out their windows to see what everyone else is doing... lol..

You guys, that is awesome.

NSV for me is, I think I look thinner. I will be weighing and measuring on the 28th since it will have been a month that I have been "on plan".

I'm beginning to notice that my face looks different. I've had people tell me that my face looks different, but I don't think I was able to tell. Now, I can see it.
