That is very individual. It all revolves around your needs. Some people do vigorous strength training or even endurance exercise. Others are carrying a lot of excess weight. Women in reproductive stage as opposed to menopausal.... I am suRe the list of things that can make a difference is pretty long.

If you are already doing well (I.e. in ketosis), it is not something to worry about. If not, it is something that can be adjusted.

Great book! Medically backs up the beliefs that good fat is better for the brain especially when consumed without simple carbs (processed foods, sugar, root veg carbs, processed grains etc.).
