My introduction
 
Hi I am Nikki, 33 year old mom to 3 kids and wife for 13 years to my best friend. I never had a weight problem till I was 21 and had my first child and started eating like my husband. I spent my 20s sad, introverted and in frumpy clothes. I did many cycles of dieting, gaining and dieting more. Finally in June of 2012 I had a HUGE wake up call. Living life on all levels by the status quoe was no longer gonna work. So I started small with working out and cutting out sugar and started losing weight and feeling better. I was 235 at the time and now as of today I am 155. I workout 4-5 days a week lifting weights and cardio and watching my carbs and have lost 80 pounds. My goal is to hit my pre marriage weight of 130 by June. I just wanted to share a little about me and look forward to the support of this board:)
