It's FRIDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

Afternoon! Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday… whoop! 4 hours til the weekend officially starts.

Brekky: One slice of ham, one cheesestring and a chocolate hazelnut Atkins day break bar.

Lunch: Two devilled eggs with lettuce, cucumber and cherry tomatoes and a Diet Coke.

Dinner: Salmon fillet pan fried in butter with cabbage cooked in bacon grease with bacon on the side haha!

I’ve had an incredibly busy and stressful week so I’m thinking I might treat myself to a Cosmopolitan or two while watching a movie. If you use the light version of cranberry juice there’s about 6g carbs in two Cosmos. 

Snack if needed: Peperami.

Yay! The weekend is nearly upon us....

B and L: BPC
D: leftovers (still eating the cauliflower ground beef creamy cheesy concoction) or lots of eggs made in some way or another. I know, not much of a plan, but that's what's in the fridge at the moment!

Have a lovely weekend!

This is my third day of drinking BPC for lunch and dinner. Ketostix say I'm in Ketosis but have only lost one pound. Does my body think I'm in starvation mode? Should I be eating more? I'm at a loss!

Any idea what your average calorie count is? Also, Ketostix are hit and miss for me. I drink a LOT of water, and my stix rarely go above "small" even when I'm in Ketosis. When I'm dehydrated, they show moderate or large.

Wow! That is chilly. We have had absolutely no rain here. The temp outside at 5 a.m. was 51 degrees. I can't complain. Keep warm.

I did three days of the same, and it didn't do anything for loss for me either. I was taking in a ton of fat calories though, maybe that had something to do with it. In the first edition of Atkins, Dr. Atkins talks about a woman who is confused why she isn't losing, although following the diet to a T. He comes to discover she's eating a stick of butter a day, and rules that the reason for no loss. I'm going to stick to 1 cup of BPC a day, and eat a smaller lunch from now on.
