The recipe for the broccoli is so simple - steam some broccoli, brown some butter - combine and generously sprinkle with the cheese mixture. YUM!! I was even able to get a bag of Broccoli pieces at Costco. I was in heaven for lunch AND dinner yesterday.
Going on my List ! Sounds yummy

I made a Costco run today and along with all of my regular stuff, I found flavored butter. Yes, I know it's easy to make your own, but this was already made for me. All I have to do is use it! They had 2 different kinds: Garlic Parmesan and French Onion. I bought the garlic parm. Even though the onion butter had 0 carbs per serving, sugar was included in the spices. I don't do sugar so that ruled it out. The garlic parm has 0 sugar. I'm going to give it a try with something at dinner.

My Costco still doesn't have Kerrygold butter in. But, they had Honeyville almond flour back. So, I bought a couple of bags to stick in the freezer in case they stop carrying it again.

Maybe they list it as IRISH BUTTER. My Costco does.

Nope, not even Irish butter. Lots of Irish cheese, though. My Costco seems to stick with 5 variations of Kirkland butter. I should have stocked up before they discontinued the Kerrygold.

I am hooked on Costco's pre-seasoned pork ribs.
They are SO GOOD!!!
They cook up beautifully in the oven and are often our choice when we have guests.

Some if this has already been mentioned, but I'll 2nd them:

Kirklands pesto , garlic seasoning, salt & black pepper grinders, pistachios, Frigo string cheese, Tillamook cheese snacks, fresh mozzarella, Hatch green chiles in a jar, "Better than bouillon" broth base, huge container of shredded parmesan, 54oz Carrington Farms coconut oil, 1L bottles of water, fish filets & veggies from the frozen section and usually some produce. I also buy supplements like multivitamins and Omega3 there.

I love Costco because they really put thought into the products and brands they carry.

My store in TX had the Kerrygold butter when I went a couple weeks ago. I will have to check for cream and almond flour, never thought to check for those there.

My Costco carries:
Almond flour
coconut flour
Coconut oil
Splenda.
The Coconut oil is a great bargain compared to prices I've seen elsewhere.
