B: smoothee with unsweetened coconut milk, a few leaves of romaine, and 1 each of kale and collard greens.
L: can of tunafish w/mayo
Snacks: several bites of peanut butter and butter. Using standard sweet cream butter now rather than Kerrygold. I detect a big flavor difference, but don't know that I can do the Kerrygold.
S: 1/4 pound of fried grass fed bison. I was willing to pay the price difference for the bison, but it's not something I do often. I use butter all the time. I would like to not, so I would be pretty much dairy free.
Not using butter now (often) in cocoa, so the peanut butter bomb would be the only place.
