It's MONDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Morning all. Made it through hangover day unscathed, woohoo! Thanks for all the advice and (probably undeserved!) sympathy. :) In the end I had half an Advantage bar, 50g peanuts and a Diet Dr Pepper at the cinema, a bunless Big Mac for lunch and half a lemon and herb peri peri chicken from Nando’s for dinner! Can’t believe Monday has come around already though, what is that about?! Anyway…
Brekky: Bulletproof coffee.
Lunch: Tuna mayo with lettuce and cucumber.
Dinner: Chicken breast stuffed with mascarpone and garlic, wrapped in prosciutto with buttered cabbage.
Snacks if needed: Cheesestring, Atkins chocolate hazelnut day break bar.
Plus lots of water, green tea and a Berocca.
B - coffee with 1 tbs cream and 1 tbs coconut oil
L - 3 eggs, 3 slices bacon, .5 avocado, 1 tbs mayo, 2 lettuce leaves
D - 4 oz pork, mock mashed potatoes, 1 tbs butter, 1 tbs mayo
S - 4 queen olives
Calories - 1329, fat - 114, carbs - 16, protein - 64, fiber - 10

I'm under the weather so it's chicken soup for lunch. The one I bought says 18g of carbs, not great, but it also has noodles in which I have seived out so that should lower the carb count a bit.
Not convinced I'll be able to stomach anything else today. Once I can escape the office I am going home and getting straight into my duvet.
breakfast: plexus and pot roast lunch: salad mix bacon cheese Lite ranchand maybe some pot roast or chicken dinner: bacon & eggs snacks: 1/4 cup nuts and at least a gallon of water throughout the day.
I did not have a good dietary weekend. On Saturday, I had this freakish craving for a toasted "everything" bagel, which turned into 2. I got so sick I could hardly get out of bed the rest of the afternoon and evening. Then had potatoes for breakfast yesterday.
Fresh start Monday:

L-leftover egg drop soup, slice of cheese
D-Either roast chicken or hamburger

Ok so I have been out of ketosis for the entire weekend. Today I'm throwing away the sugar free Reese's, the Atkins bars, and the sugar free jello pudding cups. I think those things have to be the culprit.

Still stuffed up and ears hurt even while on antibiotics, I'll be glad when this cold I've had for almost a month now runs it's course. Day 4 of the antibiotics, I thought I'd be feeling better by now :(
Meals are up in the air today, we will be having water and cardboard if I don't get to the grocery.

I am sick like so many with a respiratory infection. Then yesterday started having bad pain in my hip. 4:30 this morning I ask my husband to take me to the ER for the pain that was in my back by then and hip. I ended up drinking half a hot chocolate from MacDonalds. Have no idea how many carbs. The good thing is I didn't let that get back to eating the carbs. I was well in ketosis so am now back tracking but that's ok.
