Hi, Amber...another good movie idea is snow peas - sometimes I'll pick up a bag at the grocery store on the way to the theater. Beef jerky is also good.

What I'm eating today -

Coffee with 1tbsp coconut oil and 1 Tbsp cream

Lunch - playoff chili - all meat - no beans, tomato or anything. I do use beer though.

Dinner - leftover chili - ha

Snacks during football - snow peas and jicama - everyone coming eats low carb - yeah!

Awww, you must have forgotten that low carbing makes you a light weight!!

Chicken broth is the best on all levels in my opinion. Add a pat of butter and you will be good to go in no time. I also think soda water with a squeeze of lemon works well. Feel better soon!

This! Believe me, I'm an expert in hangovers and LC lol. My favorite is Topo Chico it's Mexican made. With a big wedge of lime squeezed and dropped into the bottle. Feel better Amber!

Best hangover remedy in the world, IMO, is a huge bowl of beef Pho soup, without the noodles!

I'm having:

B: slept in, went to gym, skipped

L: One of those Gordon fish fillets. They were marked down at the store. Meh. Too salty. I'm having it on top of shredded cabbage, topped with a homemade dressing.

D: Not sure, thinking of making the kids pesto noodles with cauliflower and chicken. I might just have crudités and leftover chicken.

snacks: beef jerky, turkey rollups.

L: a few bites of canned salmon + mayonnaise, and 1/2 c blueberries w/ coconut milk.
S: Just chicken, I think.

My dinner changed a bit - I opened my brussels sports and they were buggy (this is the 2nd time this has happened from Sam's and I won't buy them there again)

So instead I am having LindaSue's Faux mashed potatoes
