I find chicken breast meat so filling for some reason, which I guess is good! I have been trying to keep my eye on calories a little. I bought some no carb pepperoni sticks yesterday, had 4 of them, then looked to see that they are 100 calories each! Woah, thats 400 extra calories! No matter how good at carb counting I am, I think I had beet watch calories at least a bit.

I must admit thought I feel good! This is only day 9 but I'm down 5 and I feel it! weee
