Start Date: 9/7/13 (interupted 10/15 by car accident)
I lost my first 10% of my starting body weight............
I started Sept. 7, had the car accident Oct. 15, got back on plan the Sunday after Thanksgiving.
I had tried and and tried to lose weigh using low carb over the last 10 years. I think it did not work because of 1) too much dairy 2) too much stress 3) too little sleep.
I had decided that I would try "one more" time. And if I didn't lose weight, I was going to look into weight loss surgery.
Well, I've lost 24 pounds. I am no longer "morbidly obese" and have dropped to "severely obese."
I can see onederland - I haven't been there in years.
I started exercising, also. I know it doesn't impact weight loss significantly, but it does impact health gains.
