Today is my first day back on Atkins Induction after being off for about 4 months. Feels good to be back!

B: Nothing, just some bottled water

L: Atkins Frozen Meal: Italian Sausage Primavera and 5 strips of Hormel Fully Cooked Bacon

D: I'm planning to do three Jumbo Eggs, Scrambled with 2 oz of shredded mild cheddar cheese and 4 pieces of Hormel Fully Cooked Bacon and a Salad with a tablespoon of Paul Newman Traditional Family Italian Dressing!

Good afternoon! It's a UD for me on my JUDDD guideline so... Still keeping LC though

B: coffee w hwc sweetn low and tbsp CO
S: 2-3 oz chicken breast battered and fried but I pulled the skin off, had some carbs I'm sure but few, was at a funeral and they catered with fried chicken? Who does that? Lol.
Late L: 2-3 oz dark meat turkey on romaine with ranch

D: will be late as we are running behind all day. Wings wings wings, with ranch

Dinner: cheese burger and some fresh green beans cooked with harissa spice.

Throughout the day, either more coffee or black tea with HWC, lots of water.

B/f was 1/2 cup of Fage 2% Greek yogurt + 1 chicken-mozzarella-and-spinach sausage (Costco), coffee with unsweetened almond milk + 1 sweet & low + 1 capfull of Davinci's sugar-free caramel syrup

Lunch was 1 Costco Angus beef patty with cheddar cheese + coleslaw mix with mayo & a splash of Paula Deen sugar free bbq sauce

Dinner was scrambled egg whites (from the carton -- whole eggs kinda gross me out unless they are hard-boiled) with 1 chicken-mozzarella-and-spinach sausage fried in bacon fat, topped with cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, and salsa

Snack was 5 pieces of salame
