It's SUNDAY! What's on your menu today?

Hello!! Here is my plan for the day.... I am attempting a fat fast with as little protein (under 15g), keeping carbs under 15g as well for 1 day.

bpc x 2
cream cheese in various concoctions and eventually with shirataki noodles

I'm 2 days back on! I ate scrambled eggs with onions peppers sour cream and salsa. Snack will be a fat bomb and lunch and dinner will be beef stroganoff sans noodles.

Start Date: July 4th 2013 sugar first, then LC august 25th
Made the decision to start tracking calories with JUDDD as a guideline, so with up days being LC and down days being LC and low cal I hope to get some results.

Yday was obviously an up day without tracking, so today is day 1 and I'm starting with a DD.

B: coffee w hwc and sweetn low, tbsp CO, 2 bacon strips on romaine.

L: chicken broth

D: grilled boneless chicken breast, side salad with squeeze of lemon

If my math is right I should come in under 500 cal for my down day beginning.
