Good morning!

Your chicken salad looks really good Susan. I love Romaine but it was looking pretty crappy at the store so I opted for curly green......not as good as Romaine.

Bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
pork burger wrapped in afore mentioned lettuce with onion and homemade mayo
Dinner at a Spanish restaurant so likely fish of some type and certainly red wine.

I bought this at SAMs and it's a HUGE bag, like 6-7 heads in one bag, I hope I can find a way to use it all before it goes bad or yukko on me. So y'all will be seeing a lot of romaine wraps and salads from me in the next few days!

Good Morning All

For breakfast this morning I had a poached egg on top of 1 oz. smoked ham that was spread with 1 wedge Laughing Cow white cheddar. It was delish! Next time I will use only 1/2 a wedge of the cheese though. As good as it was .. the flavor was strong enough that a whole wedge really is not needed.

Lunch will be Tuna salad ( tuna, mayo, sugar-free sweet relish, onion) on top of romaine.

For supper tonight the men will be ordering take-out pizza so we ladies are going to have personal pizza spirals. I plan to season us each a batch of gr. beef with oregano, salt, black pepper, garlic, and an egg. We will roll the mixture out and top with out fave pizza toppings (for me that will be Italian sausage, bell peppers, onions and mozzarella) then roll them up. I have not decided yet if we should slice them into spirals before or after baking. If anyone already knows which way is best then polease be sure and let me know.

Hope you all have a terrific day today!
