Good morning!!

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
2 egg omelet with onion, gr. pepper, ham and mushroom
leftover pork stirfry
gluc pudding

An identical match to yesterday's and the day before's menu. Luckily I love my foods.

Late post, but still trying for accountability

B: coffee with sweetn low, hwc and big tbls CO

L: sliced ribeye on romaine with a drizzle of ranch

S: 2oz habenaro jack cheese, new and I like it

Had a drink out of my olive jar, lol
Half of a diet root beer, yep aspertame
Tried to get my water in, not done yet.

Dinner is below, herb roasted chicken, and leftovers will be chicken salad for the week.

Good Morning!

B: Coffee w/ sweetnlow and cream, 3 egg omelet (cooked in bacon grease) with 2oz. American cheese topped with 2 Tbls castleberry hot dog chili

L: Turkey sausage bites and applewood smoked bacon

Snack: If I need one, a boiled egg dipped in a mix of mayo/horseradish/mustard

D: Pork steak, romaine salad w/ cucumbers, and a mix of mayo/garlic powder/onion powder/oregano/black pepper. If my carbs allow, I may have some raw broccoli to go with it.

LOL .. I posted this on the wrong day.
