Morning, or afternoon...

B: coffee with hwc and 1 tbsp CO, first cup had sweet n low, half my usual amt

L: 2 eggs and 2 strips bacon scrambled together and 1 oz grated sharp cheddar

D: ribeye!

L: Not sure I'll be hungry-I just ate breakfast after my workout this morning

Snack-if I get hungry I'll have some green olives and celery

D: Pork tenderloin with pineapple mustard glaze (Dana Carpender recipe!)
Green beans or cauliflower (decisions, decisions!)
