It's FRIDAY! What's on your menu today?

Friday....right?! Yesterday's thread sunk to the bottom due to the fact, I named it TUESDAY!

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
tuna salad wrapped in nori with a tbsp of l/c pepper sauce
crack slaw... my version with ground pork

Start Date: July 4th 2013 sugar first, then LC august 25th
Lol Cathy... Tuesday Thursday.. Same thing right? Lol

B: coffee with hwc and tbls CO, first cup I've had in YEARS without AS. It's meh. But something I could get used to and will. I may have to up the hwc for awhile until I get used to it, my hwc is like mere drops in each cup now, I will find my balance though.

L: 2 sausage patties crumbled on romaine with mayo (I'm outta bacon, so this is a test)

D: eating before work for sure, pork ribeyes floured in Parmesan/almond flour with an egg wash, had this for dinner last night, pan fried and fell in love.

No AS or diet cokes, and tons of water if I can manage it

I roasted a huge fatty country ham (no sugar) the other day and we have been living on the leftovers. I forget how good a ham can be! And how versatile!

B: ham and eggs over easy

L: Stir-fried cabbage with ham, topped with blue cheese dressing.

D: Ham with alfredo sauce, mixed with cooked cabbage, topped with red pepper flakes and parmesan.

Tomorrow I am cooking a pot of greens with the ham bone. Yum!

Re edit here, things went astray some so to keep me accountable to myself I'm updating today. The sausage patties turned into THREE of them, with 2 fried eggs I kerrygold, was full til this afternoon

Grazed 2 oz cheddar, several trips to the jar of artichoke hearts, half a serving of peanuts. One diet cokes, which I opened and drank only half of.

Dinner didn't happen til 10 pm. Pan fried but without the parm/almond meal mix, just seasoned the pork ribeye. Ate it with the gusto of a hound dog. Now gonna try to sleep.

No real off plan things, just looking back seems like a lot of calories and possibly over my ccl.

I did manage my water though, so here's hoping I don't gain!
