EZ-Sweets

I am waiting for my first bottle of EZ-Sweetz to arrive and was wondering about people's experiences with it. I bought the 2 oz and just noticed that it is half the concentration of the smaller one. No biggie but it talks about how 2 drops is equal to one packet.

I always bought the bulk package of powdered Splenda and measured it like sugar (although using a bit less because it's too sweet 1:1). Have no clue how much is in a packet.

So if my regular (not low carb) cheesecake calls for 1 cup of real sugar, how many drops of EZ-Sweetz would I use?

Thanks!

1/2 a teaspoon will be a cup of sugar. There will be a conversion shart on the bottle too for reference. I love the stuff. Love love love it.

That's the sweetener I use. Concentrated with no aftertaste, and it's carb-free since there are no fillers. I love it. I use 6 drops per mug of coffee.

I use it but I use the more concentrated one. For the more concentrated one, 24 drops equals one cup sugar. So for the less concentrated one, 48 drops would equal one cup sugar.

Thanks! This will really help cut the carbs in my cheesecake (compared to the splenda).

And it will taste better too due to the fact the sweetener doesn't have the funny after taste the fillers cause.

If you are making anything with chocolate you may want to invest in another sweetener like erythritol to substitute for some of the ez sweets...sucralose is not a good stand alone sweetener for chocolate.

Good luck with the cheeseckae I'm sure it will be delish.

For 1 gallon of ice tea, I use 1 tsp of EZ sweetz. I like the taste of it, but I'm not convinced it's all that healthy. So in recent months I've transitioned to liquid Stevia. But I really like the taste of EZ sweetz. It sweetens liquids and baked goods equally well.

A packet of Splenda is equal to 2 teaspoons of sugar. Your 2 oz. bottle of EZ-Sweetz is 1 drop = 1 teaspoon.

I have been so happy since I switched from Splenda to EZ- Sweetz. I am very excited for you! I have been able to lower my daily carbs by using it in my coffee. I used to use 2 Splenda packets per cup and I drink at least three cups a day. Now, I can enjoy those coffees even more knowing I am not 'spending' a ton of carbs on them.

I have also used EZ- Sweetz to flavor treats. I mix a couple drops in things like ricotta, PB mousse, or cream cheese.

You will be happy with your purchase!

the bottle says "x number of drops = 1/4 c sugar" or whatever... I always end up using more than they say is equivalent, maybe this is because I have a wicked sweet tooth, I dunno....
