Good morning! Here is my plan for the day...
bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
2 egg omelet
chicken thighs fried and mustard dipping sauce, celreriac/cauli mash
B: coffee with half my usual sweetn low,hwc and 1 tbls CO, 5 strips bacon frying right this second!
L: lunch and shopping with my son who I haven't seen in weeks, so out.. Likely ala cart meat entree somewhere, with side salad
D: thawing chicken breasts out, maybe Parmesan fried chicken?
Water unsweetened tea and no diet cokes
Coffee with heavy cream all day.
3 easy over eggs with plenty of butter.
Leftover vinegar chicken, ie; 3 skin on chicken thighs with the cider vinegar/garlic and chicken fat they were simmered in.
3-4 tablespoons of homemade raw butter (a tablespoon when feeling hungry)
Water with meals
I am the most boring person on the planet. I have literally eaten the same meal since Sunday, when my husband and I smoked two giant pork shoulders. Haha. I have no issue with eating the same thing every day, so that's ok with me.

We're planning on smoking a turkey and some sausages this weekend. :D
After my 11 pound gain from weeks of being lax, I have been cheat-free for two weeks and now only 5 pounds from my goal. So, today:
B: English breakfast tea with 1 half-and-half, 2 splenda
L1: Large salad with lettuce, cucumbers, cornishons, olives, artichokes, pickled mushrooms with EVOO and lemon juice dressing
L2: Meat pie made with ground lamb; sauteed red peppers, onions, and mushrooms
S: 1 oz. almonds
D: Going to dinner and movies with boyfriend. Will be really hard to avoid popcorn! Dinner might be a wedge salad with bacon, bleu cheese, red onion, boiled egg and grape
tomato, with buttermilk bleu cheese dressing. I'll add either salmon or sirloin to that.
A few glasses of white wine or flavored vodka sodas.
breakfast: 2 deviled eggs, cappuccino
lunch: ground beef and veggies
dinner: not sure yet, but probably chicken and spinach
B: hot tea
2 hot dogs cheese
L: chicken salad
D: hot wings
salad w/ ranch
B: my new favourite: creme fraiche with almond butter and coconut oil
L: purslane with tuna and feta cheese, saurkraut on the side and olive oil for dressing.
D: more leftover meatloaf and cauliflower, eating the last bit finally, LOL!
Unlike Limetwist/Cristin, I am not a fan of eating the same every day (apart from breakfast).
B-eggs and bologna
L-egg salad on Paleo wrap w/pickle
B- 4 slices of thick bacon
L- scrambled eggs with melted cheddar, salsa, and sour cream
D- grilled t-bone topped with butter mushrooms and a diet ginger ale
4 coffees throughout the day
Coffee w/hwc, Splenda
Nothing else yet, but made soup last night and that's what I plan to eat when I get home from church
Today I've eaten....
BPC, and another coffee w/hwc
2/3 jimmy dean sausage patty
1 small bag MACS Picante pork rinds (love, love, love!!!)
1 fountain diet coke
1 can tuna patty fried w/ 1 chopped red onion and 3 eggs
the fat from most of the pork chops I fried in oil and butter, plus about 3/4 of a chop, green beans and water chesnuts w/ soy sauce, and egg drop soup.
B- coffee with splenda and cream x2
L- bacon and 2 fried eggs
D- wings, butternet squash fries, and caesar
Big appetite today!!....lots and lots of water
B: scrambled eggs w/cheese & bacon, tea w/creamer
D: Smoked sausage w/peppers & onions
S: Cream cheese jello fluff thing
B. bacon and pumpkin "muffin" with butter. Coffee with co and coconut milk
L. Atkins frozen meal
D. Rotisserie chicken and mashed cauli with butter
S. chopped pecans and key lime seltzer water
