blt with mayo and a fried egg (Romaine is the 'vehicle')
zucchini noodles with Alfredo sauce, shrimps and scallops
gluc pudding

Morning y'all - chilly for this part of the world this early in the season, supposed to freeze tonight!? Wtheck.

B: coffee w hwc and sweetn low and tbls CO, am halving my sweetn low between cups today in hopes of slowly reducing my AS consumption.

L: 2 deviled eggs, maybe 2oz cheddar depending on how the eggs fill me up.

D: chopped steak with garlic butter pat and half an acorn squash

I drove to work in the SNOW this morning. SNOOOWWWWWW! I encountered three wrecks on my way in.

I recall last year smoking our Thanksgiving turkey in short sleeves and basking in nice, warm weather. Oh, Tennessee…you so crazy.

Smoked pork lettuce tacos tonight, AGAIN! I heated a sizable chunk of pulled pork up in the nonstick skillet last night for maybe 5-6 minutes. The pork retains its delicious smoky flavor. The melted pork fat is unbelievably luxurious and delicious. Pork candy. Chunks of moist meat mixed in with the salty, spicy bits of bark and the sweet fat, spread into big romaine lettuce leaves and then sprinkled with fleur de sel crunchy salt? HEAVEN! Hog heaven, if you will.

Out doing some field sales training about 75 miles from home...so.......I drove down here with my bulletproof coffee after having a couple tbls. of creamcheese before I left.....taking the newbie out to lunch and will have broiled salmon & veggies then defrosted some grass fed beef for cheeseburgers tonight!

Well surprise surprise today didn't turn out this way above. Typical. Lol.

4forkfulls of chicken salad before leaving not knowing if or when lunch was going to happen

Lunch was a grilled chicken breast with a little ranch dressing.

Long afternoon before dinner, had 1 deviled egg (2 halves) and a pepperoni wrapped mozz stick (small)

Dinner was a chopped steak with compound garlic kerrygold butter.

No diet cokes at all! No alcohol!
