Back on track and wow!

I'm on day three of eating properly again with zero cheats. I think I'm starting to get back into ketosis and wow! I just feel amazingly better in every way! Today I feel so much energy and motivation to DO STUFF! I have no aches and pains. I slept well, woke early and rested, and am in a good mood again! I also feel most of the carb bloat is gone, though I chose not to weigh. Didn't want to be discouraged by any temporary gain caused by veering off track. NO MORE TOXIC FOOD for me. What was I thinking? This just further cements the notion this is a lifestyle not a temporary fix. Just wanted to share, in case anyone else out there is slipping, especially with the holidays approaching. Not only is it not worth "cheating" but if it happens, trust me! So worth it to get on track!

Stoked about the low carb options! This can be fun, instead of hard, lol!

Thank you for the post. I am on day one. I fell off the wagon big time...feel all foggy, sluggish and tired. I need to stick to this!

Yep, it's all in the choices we make and the things we chose to focus on!

Good for you for getting back on track.

Amen, sister. I am in a similar situation. Been eating clean for 2+ weeks now, after a long 7+ month stint of copious carb consumption. I got sick three times in that time period after having no illness for at least a year-and-a-half eating cleanly. Urgh!

I feel amazing now. This is indeed a lifestyle, man.

I joked to my husband that us re-starting low-carb with the upcoming holidays is just playing the game on hard mode.

Congrats to getting back on track.
