My menu alllll of this week will be some variation of leftover smoked pulled pork and a vegetable component.

Today it's pulled pork, tossed in the drippings and mixed in with all of the delicious rendered fat, heated until warm and slightly crisp in the nonstick skillet. Dump giant mount of pork onto plate, grab romaine lettuce, eat pork lettuce tacos. Die of happiness.

455g pork butt
100g lettuce

1241 cals/106g protein/86.1g fat/3.3g carbs/2.1g fiber

Finally done with my huge course of antibiotics so back to not taking a stomach full of pills for breakfast.

L-1 can chicken breast meat scrambled w/6tbsp eggbeaters, franks hot sauce

D: 1.5cups Rotel Heiney Helper made in crockpot (recipe found on site yesterday) added 1c cauliflower and 1/2cup onions and peppers served on top of 1.5 cups of shredded cabbage cooked in 1/2tbl butter. Super delish and kids loved it too!
S: 2oz sugar snap peas; 1oz pumpkin seeds
