So it's a timing tweak? Upping good fats and lowering your protein some? 5 lbs in a week during ongoing weightloss (not induction is what I mean) sounds like a lot to me, who has been struggling to lose 3 lbs in two months, that's why I made the comment.

Wow, Cfine, that's amazing, Great job. Yeah, I'm wondering the same as Susan, all that just from moving the meal up and lower the protein, Wow!

That's exactly how NK works so well. You have to find that sweet spot with you protein levels and then fill it the rest of your calories with fat. I was eating too much protein even though the formula said that for my lean body mass I could have 100 grams of protein per day. Of course, I always stick with under 20 net carbs every day.
