Fasting, so one meal today:

D: 3 eggs, scrambled with 2T grated parmesan, 1/2 cup saurkraut on the side and a mug of nice hot homemade chicken broth with a pat of Kerrygold butter.

ETA: total cals: 505, Fat: 43 grams/ 76%, Protein: 26 grams/ 21%, Carbs: 4 grams/ 3%

All my cheating caused a weight gain of 11.4 pounds in the last few weeks (some of it water). But I got back on track and now I'm only 5.2 pounds up from my goal, so cruising along! For today:

B: English Breakfast tea with 1 half-and-half, 2 splenda
L1: Salmon fillet sauteed in butter; braised butternut squash
L2: Salad of cucumbers, red onion, red pepper; red pepper chutney; can of sardines; 1 slice homemade lowcarb bread
S: 1 oz. Almonds
D: If I end up eating, it might be a ground lamb dish with a side of mixed mushrooms. Or I'll have crisped up pepperoni with raw cucumbers and brie cheese. Or I might go out!

changed out the blt with a ham, onion, mayo and mustard 'sandwich' (Romaine leaf serving as the vehicle). Was really good and will be having that again soon!

Lunch@2:30pm:
*1 egg w/ 1 Tbsp coconut oil
*Small salad- 1/2 red pepper, spinach/romaine chop, ital. parsley, tsp. romano
*Ranch dressing
*Grilled spicy chicken thighs
*Pu-erh tea

Seem to do much much better when I drink tea at least twice a day. Staying on plan becomes almost effortless! Hope you all are having a fabulous day, cold and grey here!

I'm being boring lately. Today was "What's in the fridge that we can eat?" day.

7 eggs, 100g cooked chorizo (can't decide if I like it or not), 2 oz cream cheese! I made a giant omelet out of it...it was quite decadent. Cooked in a little butter, a little chorizo fat.

It was one meal since I fast...I feel crazy saying I ate 7 eggs in one sitting.

1237 cal/63.9g protein/103.2g fat/12.4 carbs/3.7g fiber
