Hi everyone!

B: 4 eggs, HB, 2 TB kerrygold butter, 1 tsp dijon mustard, salt, pepper, turmeric
L: small ceasar salad with a parmesan vinaigrette dressing and 2oz chicken
D: pork neck steak with feta/thyme/garlic butter

Finally polishing off the rest of my pork leftovers today! So, essentially got 3 days' worth of meals for my husband and me for ~30 dollars. Not bad, if you consider the fact that it comes out to 5 dollars a day for food equalling breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My husband and I used to eat lunch at Subway for around 8 dollars per person. And heck, I even consider smoked pork to be one of my monetary "indulgences" with the cost of fuel and general labor. :P I'm satisfied. WILL SMOKE AGAIN.

Anyway, my menu today is just a mish-mosh of foods I have lying around. Start off with cubed radishes, sautéed in Kerrygold butter until brown. Throw in the rest of the pulled pork and let the fat soften and crisp slightly. After that's all good, push it to the side and crack in some eggs. Let the eggs cook, then swirl in some cream cheese at the end. I call it..."Scavenger's Delight." ;)

150g radishes
20g Kerrygold butter
250g smoked pork (leftover)
4 eggs
1 oz. cream cheese

1230 cals/85.8g protein/92.7g fat/7.8g carbs/2.4 g fiber

We has no groceries! Lol. I have to go to the store today. I've been craving beef lately, mainly hamburgers, so I'll be buying some of those.

L-double bacon swiss cheese burger w/sauteed mushrooms/grilled jalapenos/sans bun
D-Unless I find something inspiring in yalls menus, probably burgers!

Woke up twice today to cramps in my legs. I have not been doing any type of supplementing and this is my 4th week in. So went out and bought some salt substitute to get some potassium inside me ~ Wishing everyone a safe and successful weight loss!

Early meal today @noon:
from Safeway Deli:
2 chicken thighs
1 chicken drumstick
ate 1/2 of the breading yikes! cannot keep my hands off the stuff :cry:

Peppermint/chamomile tea for evening.

Coffee. A kinda sorta flax muffin .... 1 oz cc, 2 Tbls flax meal, 1 Tbls chia seeds, 1 Tbls sc, 1/2 an egg, davinchi sweetener ... Nuked it for a little over a min. This kept me full until dinner !

Well scratch that menu....my sweet grandson was sick so I watched him today..his parents had to work and it was my day off...sooooo I ate 2 oz of swiss....and later had a dbl cheeseburger protein style.. didn't get to exercise........did get all my water in!!!

Not happy about skipping lunch, but I was really busy at work and must have forgotten!
