I'm fasting for most of today, and will then have one meal:

D: 3 eggs, scrambled in 7.5 gms coconut oil, 50 grams of green leafy vegetables, 2 TB grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup organic unpasteurised saurkraut, cup of homemade chicken broth with 10gms of kerrygold butter.

Still plowing through the leftover smoked pulled pork...oh, the humanity. ;)

1243 cal, 107 g protein, 87.3 g fat, 0g carbs

don't judge me I swear I eat veggies

I call it the, hmm... "Porkapalooza" weight loss method. I've eaten that much pork the past two days, and each day I have woken up .8 lbs lighter.

Not feeling like eating today (serious ketosis due to 5 days of just eggs?) so ...
B: BPC with 2 Tbs kerrygold and 1 Tbs HWC
L: Chicken soup (homemade broth with cut up chicken, toasted sesame oil, thinly sliced cabbage)
D: Cream cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped chicken breast (if I'm hungry/feel like it)

salmon tango and dill sauce with a side of shrirataki noodles/alfredo sauce

B- Bacon and coffee
S- Coffee
L- 2 hard boiled eggs with ACV and lotsa’ mayo
S- Coffee and maybe a slice of roast beef if feeling hungry
D- Baby back ribs and roasted endive
S- Diet ginger ale and pork rinds or ricotta if feeling snacky

TOM is visiting, so I may feel hungrier, hence allotting for snacks and nibbles if needed/wanted.

B: planned on having bacon and coffee, but was out of bacon (crisis!!!!), so settled for 2 slices Udi's with butter, coffee and 1 apple (I'm including apples this week even tho not LC, to clear up my skin, having a breakout and apples work great to fix it)

L: Bacon Wrapped Scallops,apple

D: Meatloaf, some kind of veggies

pork chops in foil packs ~ smeared with salt/pepper/mustard
pork ribs on the pit BBQ'd by DH :)

B - snooze button on the alarm
L (really bfast but at noon) - Nespresso with hwc and sf syrup, 2 pumpkin cream cheese muffins (maybe 3, I brought an extra for one of the girls at work to try and she is off today)
L - (real lunch) chicken salad wrap on light flatout wrap. Maybe an atkins meal if I'm still hungry
D - toss up. I have lots of yummies at home to choose from after my Sam's trip yesterday. It depends on if I eat that Atkins meal while I'm at work.

Lunch: one wedge of Laughing Cow cheese, sparkling water, diet coke
Dinner: turkey burgers, green salad, water, glass of red wine

Despite having a good day yesterday the scale registered a 0.2lb gain today. I guess it took a day for my carbinge to register on the scale.

I had a crap day of eating. I started out well but after breakfast it went down hill.

B: 2 scrambled eggs with heavy cream and topped with homemade salsa. :)

Hello Clackley, hello all :-)

Day 1 here (again); and it was coffee with hwc x 3 for breakfast (couldn't face solids!); cheese and green salad for lunch, and roast leg of pork with green veggies for dinner.

I love this thread - it gives me ideas to shake up my (boring) menu!
