New appetizer and small plate cookbook...

I was at Costco yesterday and picked up a new cookbook - Paleo Happy Hour: Appetizers, small plates & drinks by Kelly Milton.
It does have recipes that include fruit and sweet potato which I can't do, so will have to figure out alternatives. And, recipes that use honey as a sweetener which I can work around. But, the majority of the recipes are low carb and look AMAZING! I'm looking forward to give these a try.

I just got that one too last week! There were a couple of new ones out, but I liked a lot of her ideas. Like you said, gotta work around some things. But, I am finding paleo to be really low carb friendly with few adjustments.

Great! I'd love to know if you try any of the recipes.
What do you substitute for honey in recipes that possibly need the moisture, too.

Oh, I've read if it is a cup or less just use the same amount of whatever sf sweetener you're using. For moisture, just more of what they use, cream or whatever.. I'll let you know, you too!
