Great Low Carb Bread Company

Netrition carries this bread product..I ordered the hamburger buns..2 net carbs.
I did the math and it works out pretty close..16 whole carbs and 14 fiber carbs.
They were great..No funny flavor at all..Will check my blood sugar and see if anything funky happened in a little bit.

Might try the "bagels"..

I'm hoping that zero carb bread I had seen is good. Atkins who I called asked me to use a zero net carb bread so that I don't get my 20 net carbs/day impacted. I'm hopeful.

Well, I got some bagels (the multi-grain kind) and they are great toasted with cream cheese with no real blood sugar rise. I also got some bread (not bad) and hot dog
rolls which I will use with brats.

How about anyone else?

I ordered the Everything bagels and they are delicious. To get the right texture you have to toast them. They are really good though, especially with only 2 net carbs. Will definitely order them again!

I have the everything bagels and I'll add for other diabetics, I didn't see a spike from them. I'm going to try the hamburger buns next!

Great news, gramma..The hamburger buns were good, too. I keep mine in the freezer and take them out and put them in a plastic bag to "thaw"..It is better than the microwave.

I just received the hot dog buns and plain bread today. I had a hot dog for dinner with onins on a hot dog bun and it was really, really good. I split the bun, not completely through, and toasted in the toaster oven, then added the onions and hot dog topped with jalapeno mustard and sugar-free relish, yummy! I will be ordering more, I'd like to try one of everything; kind of pricey so a little at a time.

I wanted the everything bagels but Netrition is out of stock, I really want to try them!

I ordered 2 loaves of this bread the other day. I can't wait to try it! I hope it's really low carb and it sounds like it is, hearing of all your results with blood sugar not spiking. Finally!!! I just hope it's good!

I bought the everything bagels, hot dog and hamburger buns. They were all good. Bagel
toasted with cream cheese, hot dog buns toasted with loaded hot dog, and sloppy joes on the hamburger buns. Finally I don't have to make all the lc bread in the house. Yippee.

Sorry I posted that about the chocolate muffins in this thread. I got confused where I was I guess, lol.

Anyway, I received the bread and tried the multi-grain toasted with eggs and it's really good!! I sure hope this stuff stays around. Now I'm excited to try some of the other items. I also got the Everything sliced bread. I haven't tried it but DH did and he said it was "decent". Whatever that means. I'm sure it's good too.
What a great find!!

Are the hotdog and hamburger buns huge? I ordered Karb Krunchers hotdog and hamburger buns last year from another site and they were just way too much bread and were not very good. It was like sooooo much bread the hotdog got lost in it.

I didn't think they were huge. In fact the hamburger bun might not be big enough to hold the size hamburger I like. Lol

Would love comparisons to this and the Julian line of bread products. The No-Carb Julian was terrible IMO. I never dislike food, but had to toss out $50 worth of the Julian product. I am not picky! It was mostly the consistency that got me...
