November 1! And feeling like it here. Windy with dropping temps..... On a happy note, I am going to see Dr. William Davis (Wheat Belly) speak tonight!!

burger on an oopsie with onion and mayo

I'm so jealous Cathy!!!! Please let us know how it goes!

B: morning disaster of a broken coffee carafe and spent most the morning mopping the entire pot up, digging out a old maker and using that carafe. Thank goodness I'm a pack rat. Coffee with hwc and sweet n low, 1 tbsp CO

L: 2 eggs fried in kerrygold
D: remains to be seen, going to a friends retirement party and I know there is hamburgers on the menu, so likely a patty. Taking precautionary beef stick in my purse.

No problem. Glad you like it. I don't have any left at home, it's all stashed at work, so I haven't had any in a while. Thanks for reminding me to take some home

I haven't eaten anything yet today, but I'm starting to feel it so I need to. I think I'll have either some frozen chicken strips I have here at work, or call the burger place next door and get a double mushroom swiss bacon burger w/jalapenos. That sounds much more delicioso.

It's actually quite toasty here today, at least for November. Then again, in the South, the weather is quite variable from year-to-year.

My husband and I took a day off and went hiking, and actually went to Costco and came out empty handed! HAH! Now that's a miracle, I tell ya. Made some returns, though, so all is well.

FOOD TIME!

Scrambled eggs, sausage, and leftover pulled pork. I get these frozen sausage patties from Costco (my dad actually recommended them to me) and they're excellent. 0 carbs per patty. You can just put them in the pan frozen and cook them in 10 minutes or so.

2 sausage patties
6 eggs cooked in the rendered sausage fat (MMM!)
115 g of leftover pork
On, and smear some pesto (20g) on top of the eggs <3

Will also have VEGETABLES, don't worry.

150 g of radishes for in-hand eating. They're good raw with just a little sprinkle of salt and pepper. <3

50 g of green leaf lettuce, for pork/egg/pesto wraps.

I'm on a pesto and pork kick...somebody help me!

1241 cal, 11.7 g carbs, 4.4 g fiber

Noon: 1 cup of Pu-erh

Dinner@3pm:
*1/4 yellow apple
*1 egg on 1Tbsp coconut oil
*handful spinach
*2/3 can of smoked sprats
*2 chunks of chicken in satsivi
*Peppermint/chamomile & Pu-erh tea with 3 Tbsp pine nuts

1 meal/day update: weight loss still very good though tired today, trying hard to up my fat & protein intake, still experiencing slight hunger @noon but drinking tea staves it off for several hours. Nuts increase my appetite and cravings noticeably... very useful for upping calories/fat.
