Never left but have a question re: almond flour

Hi Everyone! I got a new thyroid specialist and after a couple of self bloopers I did something new.

I integrated some almond flour and it's 3 carbs per 1/4 cup after subtracting fiber. I think between me using older thyroid meds and adding the flour I've stalled.

Can someone let me know is this high for almond flour?
I made the mistake of making a new recipe of flatbread bagels. Add on sour cream and they were basically weight gainers for me. It sucks gaining 4 over night.

So I know cut the cream cheese, I can do some cheese but obviously not cream cheese. Question is that almond flour higher in carbs than most?

I don't think it's too bad in terms of carbs but some people have problems with nuts. I use almond flour very sparingly.

I think 2-3 grams per 1/4 cup is the usual.

I have to limit almond flour items because they cause me to gain weight.
