Good morning!! The rain finally went away!

bpc and 1 coffee/cream
probably a Caesar salad (restaurant food)
chicken wings and celeriac fries
almonds, if needed

Start Date: July 4th 2013 sugar first, then LC august 25th
Morning!

B: coffee with sweet n low and no hwc, tbsp CO. If I notice I'm hungrier than normal the hwc comes back into plan as a fat and not dairy.
L: 3 sausage patties with 1 fried egg with kerrygold
D: ground sirloin hb patty with 1 fried egg with kerrygold.
S: 1 deviled egg left over from yday evening.

100+ oz of water.

Lunch: skip and have an early dinner instead
Dinner: chicken sauteed in a tomato cream sauce, parmesan zucchini crips, glass of red wine

Morning: 1 Tbsp acv

Dinner@4pm:
*2 eggs w/1 Tbsp coconut oil & 1 Tbsp roasted tomato salsa
*1 handful romaine/cauliflower/chicken salad sans dressing
*Moderate portion of chicken satsivi
*Pu-erh tea

This is day 3 of one-meal-a-day. Cravings non existent. Hunger less than yesterday but still really painful between 3-4pm. Energy up. Weight 1lb down from yesterday. I think I've found my magic bullet!
