Sweden Becomes First Western Nation to Reject Low-fat Diet Dogma in Favor of Low-carb

Haven't posted in awhile as I've been very busy with work. I saw this article and thought of LCF. :)

Great read. Thanks for sharing. It's nice to see that one country has come to its senses!

Excellent read. And I think it's spot on in saying this isn't going to come to the US anytime soon in terms of an improved federal food pyramid, due to the huge sugar, corn and wheat lobbies. So, it's good those who know from reading up are switching to LC, and hopefully others will do so through word of mouth. I never preach it or even bring it up, but sometimes people inquire about how I'm losing the weight, so I tell them, and I find more and more folks very open to what I'm saying. Much more so this time then on my last time on a LC woe, 5 years ago.

Excellent! Europe has been ahead of us in a lot of things. Like not letting GMO food into to a lot of European countries. Vindication Dr. Atkins, maybe it'll get a few more of our physicians to pay attention... Thanks for posting this-

They've been moving toward this for quite a while. Good to see it made official.

It'll never happen in the US. Too much money to be made from chemically altered foods, GMOs, and anything they can patent. Can't patent real food.

Thank you so much for this. I'm printing it to take with me to my yearly doctor appointment in January.

Great article! Too bad the U.S. won't be following suit.
