Good morning
B= bacon and eggs w/mayo on lettuce wrap coffee
not sure about the rest of the day. Since it's Saturday I will surely pull out some recipes.

Gonna go get another jar of coconut oil today. Craving BPC.

Ate 3 pizza hut hot wings so far and a cup of coffee w/HWC (Pizza Hut getting Wing Street Wings starting today!! Love!!) Will supplement with bacon and eggs

L: Probably more wings, but got to travel for pee-wee football, so who knows

D: Thinking roasting a chicken and a red kuri or acorn squash

WOE: Protein Power +1 meal/day
Breakfast: 2 eggs cooked in 1 tbsp. coconut oil+ chamomile/peppermint tea

Lunch: beef brisket sauteed with onions and small amount of coconut oil + 1/2 kiwi and handful spinach greens w/ teaspoon of ranch dressing.

Dinner: chicken breast meat cooked w/ onions on olive oil + 1 Tbsp. sour cream

*Trader Joe's Well Rested chamomile peppermint tea is really helping with TOM cramps and slight reduction in bloating, i've been getting relief with it for the second day in a row.
