Going to Hotel this weekend - Need Ideas

I will be at a hotel starting tonight for two days. Need suggestions I can do for breakfast at the hotel. They usually have fruit/waffles/biscuits/gravy nothing that I can have on induction.

I am bringing sardines, tuna, cheesesticks, celery, mayo, and HWC for snacks. They have a fridge and microwave. I know I can find something on plan for lunch/supper. SO what can I bring for breakfast?

Can you maybe make a breakfast casserole or muffins (eggs, a little bit of HWC, some kind of meats, some veggies - beat eggs, mix it all together, put in casserole dish or pour into muffin tin, bake). You could take those and put in the fridge and nuke for breakfast then just get coffee or something if you go down to eat with family.

Hard boiled eggs, atkins frozen breakfasts....

If there's a refrig and a microwave, I would bring hard boiled eggs and cook up some bacon before you go and just reheat it in the microwave. You could even cook some scrambled eggs in the microwave if you really wanted to.

I had totally spaced out and forgot about eggs.. This will be my first trip away from home since I started this woe. So I guess I am freaking out a little. I am so used to just cooking what I need. I can definitely make some boiled eggs to take with and some to scramble while I am there. Good Idea about pre-cooking some bacon and reheating.

Walmart has a pack of deli meats wrapped around a piece of mozzarella that was really handy when I travelled last time. Also they have 2-4 packs of eggs already boiled and peeled that reseals., beef jerky saved me a few times too. Be sure you pack whatever sweetener you prefer too for coffee, I found that some hotels don't serve sweet n low or Splenda. All they had was equal

Bring some nuts with you too in case you need a snack. Can you bring any Atkins bars or shakes? All natural peanut butter is delicious on celery sticks too. Good luck-- you will be just fine. You are prepared.

I recently went on a trip and made sure I had a room with a fridge. I then packed greek yogurt for breakfast. That's my basic breakfast every morning anyway - plain greek yogurt, some chia seeds and walnuts with a bit of sweetener. Yum! My room had a coffee maker, so I was all set. But for snacks etc I packed string cheese, jerky, pork rinds, and nuts. Also had some protein bars and atkins bars for emergencies.

I like to go to Hardee's and get a LC breakfast bowl.

If the hotel has a fridge and microwave, get 2 and heat the other one up tomorrow so you don't have to get up early enough to "go out" for breakfast.

Another idea is deli wraps for breakfast.

Sausage balls.

2/3 lb breakfast sausage, 1/3 lb ground beef, 1 egg, 2 tsp dried onion flakes, about 3 oz shredded cheddar, a little black pepper. Maybe a little hot sauce. Smoosh it together really well like meat loaf, form into golf ball sized balls, bake at 375 for 20-25 min. Makes about 15. My husband will eat 3 or 4 of them for a breakfast on the road, either cold or microwaved.

You can make scotch eggs out of it by wrapping the meat goop around a hard boiled egg, and baking at 350 for 25 to 30 min. I tried this once and found them a bit bland. I might add a little dry mustard or a squirt of prepared mustard to the meat goop if I try it again this way.

Minute Muffins

Minute muffins are my go-to hotel breakfast. Easy to make ahead and will keep for days.
