B: 2.5 Portabella Mushroom caps chopped and sautéed in bacon grease, bacon, eggs, coffee w/hwc

L: Last night's grilled brats and pork ribs

D: Son has pee-wee football scrimmage at halftime at hs football game, gonna grab 2 pizza's for the family and hot wings for me from Pizza Hut.

Breakfast- 3 medium boiled eggs, chamomile peppermint tea

Lunch- 1 small cucumber, pretty large portion of beef brisket feeling so hungry early today- absence of coconut oil can be felt.

Dinner- Alaskan salmon in veg. soup broth. Maybe some sour cream for dessert.

Snack- 2 oz. cold beef brisket
