i've been playing around with this idea in my head for some time now....and put it into practice sloppily

but seriously, a modified low-carb plan with scheduled cheat meals is the only way i can wrap my head around doing low carb for life

Me too ! I have found that if I plan a 'cheat' I can come right out of it, but if I don't plan it I get lost
