Book help...please

This is going to sound so stupid but could someone please tell me the name of the book that debunks the idea that we must eat vegetables for complete nutrition? I own the blasted thing and apparently forgot to index it when I added it to my library room (think 15x15 room, floor to ceiling bookshelves on every wall) and now I can't find it because I forgot the author's name!

Thanks!

Trick and Treat by Barry Groves.

Jan Kwasniewski's Optimal Nutrition says the same thing, but I doubt this is the one you are referring to.

It is really just a basic fact; the human body simply does not require any carbohydrates at all to exist/function.

I have to read that one! I have heard it be said many times there that are no essential carbohydrates. I think this is true.

When I was on Kwasniewski's Optimal Diet, I read up on the side effects of the ketogenic diet for epileptic children.

Problems can develop if you don't design your diet carefully. People tend to point at near-carnivorous diets as evidence that this is healthy without actually doing what carnivores have to do to stay healthy. As in, eat the organs.

Calcium may be problematic - bone broth may bring heavy metals. Something to be aware of.

I'm just putting it out because I have noticed some reading here are not following plans or reading books

Yes! Barry Groves...found it and thank you!

I don't eat organ meats. I love liver, but they say not to eat it too often. Other than that, uh uh.

Hot dogs would fill the bill I think except that they all seem to come from less than desirable sources. I wonder if it is possible to find good quality hot dogs?
