I did not have a good day and I really wanted to cheat. Instead, I made a good dinner of low-carb BBQ chicken, steamed broccoli and green salad with blue cheese dressing. Snacking on some peanuts now. Please wish me luck.

Your dinner sounds delish! I hear you on the bad day, but I know you can push through and resist the urge to cheat. That would just make a bad day worse, when you think about it. Stay strong, nibble on low carb leftovers

I have the induction flu - nausea and sugar withdrawal headache and wanted to have a regular soda so bad just to get it to stop but I have been chugging the water instead.
